A fixed retainer funds the senior pod — predictable, so we operate as your team, not a vendor on the clock. A performance component is tied to the outcome we can actually move: incremental enrolled students against an agreed baseline, cost-per-enrolled, or yield. Media is a transparent pass-through, with no hidden markup.

Why not pure performance

Honest incentives, on both sides.

Enrollment depends on factors outside any growth partner’s control — fee policy, faculty, placements, competition. So we anchor the performance component on the marketing-attributable improvement we can be fairly held to — not forces we don’t govern.
